"I like using it overall, but the updates…"
I like using it overall, but the updates feels a bit old lately. It would be a lot better if there was fresher content or more regular improvements, because right now it kind of seems like it’s been sitting the same for a while.

"I went through the Excel training, but i…"
I went through the Excel training, but i still felt lost afterward. The examples were too basic for what I actually needed at work, and I didn’t feel like I improved much. On top of that, the reminders were way too aggressive and got annoying fast. Overall, it just wasn’t worth it for me.
"Didn’t Feel Worth the Time"
I got impatient quickly because LinkedIn just didn’t feel like it was giving me much value. I kept waiting for it to be more useful, but it mostly felt like a lot of noise without much payoff
"The course content felt weak to me. The..."
The course content felt weak to me. The videos were kind of shallow, and a lot of the examples seemed outdated. Whoever runs this really needs to give the material a refresh because it just didn’t feel that useful

"Not as flexible as I expected"
I signed up because I thought the self-paced format would work well with my schedule, but it didn’t feel as flexible as I expected. The weird part is, even though it’s supposed to be self-paced, some sections still felt rushed, and going back through the material was kind of annoying. If you’re working full time, it can be hard to keep up. For me, it just wasn’t really worth it.

"Pretty decent, but a little scattered"
The overall structure is, like, okay and easy enough to follow, but the modules kind of feel a bit scattered at times. I mean, it’s not terrible or anything, but I did find myself wishing things were, you know, a little more organized.

"It covers the basics well, and…"
It covers the basics well, and I did pick up a few helpful points. That said, some of the lessons felt a bit too removed from what actually happens on the job. I’m cautious about relying on training that doesn’t match real-world situations, especially when mistakes can have consequences, so I wish there had been more practical examples.

"Kind of boring overall"
I’d say I maybe learned a little bit, but not much. Most of it felt slow and kind of boring, so it didn’t really keep my attention.
"Good courses, but canceling could be clearer"
I genuinely enjoyed the courses and thought the content was solid, but canceling my plan wasn’t as straightforward as I would’ve liked. I have a high standard for things like account settings and billing being easy to find, so having to click around and then contact support for refund details was a little frustrating. To their credit, support did get back to me and sorted everything out, but the whole process took longer than I expected.

"Fair Assessments with a Few Oddly Worded Questions"
Overall, I thought the assessments were fair and lined up well with the lessons. A few questions were worded a little strangely, which might trip some people up even if they understand the material. Still, I think most customers would find them useful for practice and a good way to check their progress...

"Still waiting on support"
I’m still waiting for someone from support to get back to me, and it’s getting frustrating. I’ve been patient, but if I don’t hear anything soon, I’m probably going to start looking for another option.
"The videos were mostly clear…"
The videos were mostly clear and easy to follow. I don’t think it’s fair to say they’re bad or anything, because the content still gets the job done. That said, the audio could definitely be more consistent. A few parts sounded low or kind of muffled, so I had to keep adjusting the volume, which got a little annoying. The video quality isn’t amazing, but it’s perfectly fine for learning. Overall, I’d say it’s okay and useful, I just wish the sound had been handled a bit better.

"Didn’t really help my career"
I signed up hoping it would make my resume stand out more but it didn’t do much for me. The courses were fine and I learned a little but nothing that seemed to impress employers or help me move ahead. It felt more like extra schoolwork than actual career progress. For the money and the time I put in I expected a lot more. I definitely wouldn’t give it 5 stars.

"Mostly fine, just a few annoying glitches"
Course pages usually loaded okay for me, but had a few times where the videos froze or my progress didn’t save right. Wasn’t a huge deal, just kind of annoying when trying to study after work...

"Certificate delay was really frustrating"
I finished my course on Corporate Finance Institute and thought the completion certificate would be available right away, but nope... I kept checking my account and my email, hoping some clear update would show up, and there was basically nothing useful. Support took a while to respond too, and when they did, the replies felt generic. For a paid course, getting the certificate shouldn’t be this much of a hassle. I needed it for my work records, so the whole thing ended up being way more stressful than I expected...

"Couldn’t Keep Up With the Instructors"
I really struggled to follow the instructors. They talk so fast and then just breeze past certain steps like everyone is supposed to magically already know what’s going on. Like, can we slow down for two seconds? Maybe it works for people who already have some background, but for me it just made the lessons feel way more confusing than they needed to be

"I thought the course had some solid material..."
I thought the course had some solid material, but the difficulty felt a little all over the place. A few lessons were really easy, then all of a sudden things got much harder without much of a heads-up. It’s still worth taking, but I think it would be a lot better if the progression felt smoother.

"I don’t think it’s worth the monthly price…"
I don’t think it’s worth the monthly price. I signed up thinking it would be better than it is, but I ended up feeling like I wasted my money. I really wish I had read the reviews first before committing

"Helpful Lessons, Just a Bit Dense"
I thought the modeling lessons were genuinely good and I picked up a lot from them. For me, though, a few sections felt a little too packed with information, so I had to slow down and go back over parts to really absorb everything.

"Really easy to use"
i mean, I’ve been using Corporate Finance Institute for a little while now, and it’s been easy to navigate. I can find the lessons without having to dig around forever, and I don’t feel lost clicking through the site.
The videos have loaded fine for me, and I really like that it saves my progress automatically. It makes it way easier to study after work without feeling like I’m starting over every time
